We are a well established, non- profit making pre-school run by caring and qualified staff. We aim to encourage children to learn through their play in a stimulating and caring environment. Creswick Pre-school is graded by Ofsted as 'OUTSTANDING'.
We are fortunate to be based in the new and well equipped purpose built setting within the grounds of Creswick Primary School. Though run independently of the school, we enjoy close links with both the Nursery, Primary School and Children's Centre. This allows families that later obtain places in the Nursery and/or school good continuity of care. Our partnership working makes the transition between these stages far more comfortable for the child.
Our setting is purpose built for under 5s, and we enjoy all mod-cons including the use of
I. T. facilities, complete with interactive whiteboard. The room is laid out in such a way as to allow the children best access to all areas of learning through play, we have both tarmac and grass secure outside play areas.
As a registered provider of pre-school education places, we follow the Early Learning Goals (the Early Years Foundation Stage Curriculum). This enables us to provide good quality activities individually tailored to your child’s needs and developmental stage.
Creswick Pre-school welcomes all children, of any ethnic background, race, religion or disability, and being based in a purpose built environment, we are fully equipped
to deal with all abilities.
